Christine Rossomondo empowers women over 40 to overcome chronic inflammation, lose weight, and live with more energy and joy.
After years of struggling with body image, poor eating habits, digestive issues, and other health challenges, Christine began a journey to heal herself—naturally. That transformation sparked a passion to help other women do the same.
Seeing so many women face similar struggles, especially as they age, Christine launched her health coaching practice to guide and support women in reclaiming their health and confidence. Today, she helps clients achieve lasting wellness so they can feel amazing in their bodies and fully enjoy the lives they love.
Christine lives in scenic Frederick, Maryland, with her husband and five cats. She treasures time with her family—especially her grandchildren—loves caring for her two horses, and finds joy in being outdoors.
Living Proof: It’s Never Too Late to Feel Amazing
Have you ever felt sick and tired of being sick and tired?
I know I have—and if you’re feeling that way right now, you’re not alone. This is the story of how I turned my health (and my life) around, and how you can too.
It started in my mid-40s, during one of the most overwhelming times of my life, juggling a demanding sales career, caring for three teenagers (one struggling with addiction), managing our horse farm, and going through a painful divorce. I was exhausted, stressed out, and dealing with a laundry list of health issues—joint pain, constant allergies, swollen lymph nodes, digestive problems, and fatigue so deep I could barely function some days.
But like so many women, I pushed through. For my kids, my job, my responsibilities. I hid my tears in the shower or behind a closet door, not wanting anyone to see how much I was struggling. Doctors ran all the tests but couldn’t find anything conclusive. I was stuck in survival mode.
Maybe you’ve been there, too.
Eventually, I reached a turning point. Something had to change.
I started learning how to support my body with simple, nourishing foods and daily habits that reduced inflammation. Slowly but surely, my body began to heal. My energy came back. My pain started to ease. My allergies faded. My digestion improved. I felt lighter—not just physically, but emotionally, too.
I discovered that healthy living doesn’t have to mean perfection or restriction. I still enjoy sourdough bread, chocolate, and a glass of wine now and then. The difference now? I’ve created a balanced lifestyle that supports my well-being without feeling like a constant struggle.
These days, I truly enjoy staying active with joyful movement—whether it's walking, biking, hiking, yoga, or CrossFit (which I proudly started at 53!) And when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis a few years ago, I turned to nutrition, strength training, and targeted supplements—and improved it. That moment reminded me just how powerful our daily choices really are.
Most importantly, I started listening to my body. I began tuning in instead of pushing through. And I realized that the way I cared for myself impacted not just my health—but my joy, my relationships, and my ability to show up fully in life.
That’s why I became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach—to help other women over 50 reclaim their energy, confidence, and vitality, naturally. You don’t have to accept feeling tired, achy, or frustrated in your body. There’s a better way—and I’d love to help you find it.
